Big Up Greg Long

Did you catch it? Greg Long won the Eddie Aikai big wave contest at Waimea. It's an event with plenty of history where the worlds best big wave surfers congregate to show off their skills and bravery. The man that we support, Carlos Burle came 16th. Carlos came to visit us a few summers back and gave a talk to our Boardriders courtesy of the boys at Finisterre. He showed us an amazing video of his exploits. He's only a little man, but with a huge heart. 

The surf is pumping at Polzeath today and looks good for a few days. Well overhead and offshore.
